Equipment Operation Overview

1: Add approximately 200 kg of cement, sand, and polymer formulation materials into the primary large mixer, add water, and mix for about 10 minutes. 2: When the primary mixer finishes mixing the wet mortar, start the automatic program. The belt conveyor starts, the primary mixer automatically discharges, transferring the mortar to the secondary mixer on the platform. m. The secondary mixer can store the entire batch from the primary mixer. It is equipped with a peristaltic mixing function and a high-speed disperser to ensure the emulsion molecules remain intact while achieving a finer and more uniform mortar consistency. 3: When all wet mortar in the primary mixer has been discharged, the discharge gate closes automatically. At this point, you can reload cement, sand, and polymer formulation materials with water for the next batch. When the mortar level in the secondary mixer drops to the preset low level, the primary mixer discharges again, ensuring continuous automatic operation. 4: Start the coating mode, the secondary mixer automatically feeds mortar to the hopper of the coating machine. When the mortar in the hopper reaches the upper limit, the secondary mixer stops discharging. When the level drops below the upper limit, the secondary mixer resumes feeding until the upper limit. This cycling maintains constant pressure in the hopper, ensuring uniform pressure on the workpiece surface for consistent quality. 5: The GH-01 automatic mixer has both automatic and manual modes. (The automation system uses mechanical limit switches, in case of failure, it can be easily repaired on site.) 6: GH-01 automatic mixing and coating system daily output: 2-4 tons of mortar (upgradeable). 7: Taking a molding of 1000mm (L) × 200mm (W) × 200mm (H) as an example, with a coating thickness of 3mm, each piece has a coating area of 0.6 m² and consumes about 2.7 kg of mortar. In 8 hours, it can produce approximately 1000-1500 pieces, with only 2 workers required.
