- Effective cutting size: can accommodate five EPS foam blocks side by side in double layers, each 3000mm (L) × 1200mm (W) × 2400mm (H) (two layers stacked).
- Example: cutting square moldings of 100mm × 100mm - 36 heating wires can be suspended in parallel, cutting 36 pieces within 2 minutes.
- Standard maximum cutting length: 3000mm.
- Effective cutting size can be enlarged upon request.
- Besides EPS moldings, this machine can cut tapered and bowl-shaped forms, and with its software and motion system, it can produce more complex artistic works such as advertising letters/patterns, disposable sculptures (Poman columns, arched doors, castles), lost foam, combination molds, and futuristic designs.
- Standard design is a 5-axis CNC machine (3 X-axes, 3 Y-axes, 2 Z-axes), among which one X-, one Y-, and one Z-axis are detachable and can be used independently. These three axes work together to perform 3D stereoscopic craving without needing a separate lathe.
- Servo motor or stepper motor optional. Total power: 220V, 10000W, 50Hz.
- Built-in fire detection with automatic power-off and water spray extinguishing system.
