GH-02 Large (Unattended) Automatic Mixing + Automatic Discharge & Shut-off + Heavy-duty Coating Machine

Equipment Operation Overview

1. Pour cement, dry sand, and dry formulation materials into the dry powder mixer and mix evenly.
2. Start the machine; the screw conveyor transfers the mixed dry mortar powder to the metering hopper. When the hopper reaches the preset amount, the first-stage mixer starts, and the dry powder metering hopper and metered water feed the first-stage mixer for automatic mixing.
3. When the first-stage mixer, with the short time quick-dispersed wet mortar reaches the mixing preset time, it automatically opens the discharge gate to feed the second-stage slow large-storage mixer. After multiple discharges from the first-stage mixer, when the second-stage mixer reaches the preset level, the first-stage mixer and screw conveyor automatically stop.
4. Start the coating mode; the second-stage mixer automatically feeds mortar to the hopper of the coating machine. When the mortar in the hopper reaches the upper limit, the second-stage mixer stops discharging. When the mortar level drops below the upper limit, the second-stage mixer resumes feeding until the upper limit. This cycling maintains constant pressure in the hopper, ensuring uniform pressure on the workpiece surface for consistent quality.
5. While the second-stage mixer continuously supplies wet mortar to the coating machine, when the mortar consumption reaches the preset low level, the first-stage mixer automatically restarts, and the screw conveyor feeds the metering hopper again, which then supplies material and water to the first-stage mixer.
6. When the dry powder mixer has no material to supply the metering hopper, an alarm is triggered.
7. The GH-02 automatic mixer has both automatic and manual modes. (The automation system uses mechanical limit switches; in case of failure, it can be easily repaired on site.)
8. Daily output of the GH-02 automatic mixing and coating system: 5-8 tons of mortar.
9. Taking a molding of 1000mm (L) × 300mm (W) × 300mm (H) as an example, with a coating thickness of 8mm, each piece has a coating area of 0.6 m² and consumes about 4 kg of mortar. In 8 hours, it can produce approximately 1000-1500 pieces, with only 2 workers required.
